A few weeks ago I had a fun opportunity to attend Albertsons, Vons and Pavilions Signature launch event! I joined a team of 22 amazing lifestyle and food bloggers from all over the country to experience Albertsons, Vons and Pavilions’ new line of Signature products. We spent the day making food, learning about products with Executive Chef Jeff Anderson from the Albertsons Culinary Kitchens and Technical Center and eating ice cream sandwiches with Cooking Channel host Tiffani Thiessen!When we got home the first thing we made, using the products, were delectable cookie sundaes! Classic sundaes layered with Signature SELECT Thin and Crispy cookies, Signature SELECT chocolate chip ice cream and chocolate sauce! The crispy cookie crumble added the perfect amount of crunchiness to the sundae and the ice cream was creamy and delicious. Making cookie sundaes is so simple and they actually conjure up sweet memories of chowing down on decadent sundaes as a kid! We dressed ours up with a sugar cone and replaced the cherry with a fudge stick on top!! Yum.
